The company AVS-KOVO s.r.o. was founded in 2000 and it is specialized to the manufacturing of precise turned parts in large series, particularly for the automotive industry.

Particularly:

- turned parts for automotive industry

- parts made on automatic machines for engineering and automotive industry

Due to our technological equipment we are able to machine parts up to the diameter of 50 mm, particularly from rods. Details are manufactured mainly of automaton steels, but also of common construction, high-grade and stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloys. All parts could be supplied including surface finishing by certified sub-suppliers.

Mechanical engineering:

- rotational turned details of diameters from 4 to 50 mm from rods on CNC machines

- CNC machining on 8-axial machine tools (high productivity)

- metal machining in large lots on CNC machines

- metal machining on CNC automatic lathes

- rotational turned details of diameters from 4 to 50 mm from rods on curve automatons

- turning of special products in large series

- turning of stainless steel, steel, aluminum

- turning of non-ferrous metals

- turning of plastic details

- metal machining according to the supplied drawing documentation

- machining of details according to the supplied documentation (electronic, fax)

- completion of product sets

In the scope of finishing operations we can provide for:

- drilling from the side of cut-off

- transversal drilling of metallic details

- threading of products

- milling of special details

- tumbling of small parts of metal machining

- small-size assembly of sets and sub-sets
