We produce and supply products and equipment for industrial water treatment and drinking water treatment including swimming-pool water, drinking water networks, service water networks, products and equipment for heating systems, heating technology.

Furthermore, we produce and supply air reservoirs, air tanks and air vessels.

For firms, as for instance for ŠKODA PRAHA Invest s.r.o., we produce, supply, and install custom-made pressure technological devices.

The series of our products comprises:

1/ AQUA-STEEL – this is a custom-made manufacturing of pressure and non-pressure vessels up to the diameter of 4000 mm and volume of 250 m3 and 16 bar pressure, options steel or rubber coated. Our production program comprises special apparatuses for various media and uses according to the design specification or customer’s requirements. Welding and non-destructive controls are made by highly experienced staff. All products comply with the requirements of the European standard for pressure vessels EN 97/23/ES or they can be manufactured according the GOST, ASME CODE Div III, AD 2000 and HP0 standards.

2/ The Aqua-Steel series of products - water treatment. This series comprises apparatuses for industrial water treatment plants. The production program is composed of a series of processes that are exploited mainly in power production and industrial production. They encompass the entire technological route of water treatment from the source of untreated water up to the heating systems. The main steps of this process are as follows: clarification, filtration, softening, de-carbonization, demineralization, and degassing. Also the technology for storage of liquid and solid substances is being solved, as well as water treatment exchangers for cooling towers.

3/ Pressure vessels for compressed air serve as compressed air reservoirs in industrial workshops, trucks or railroad vehicles. They are manufactured in standard volumes of 4 up to 200 l and for the maximum working pressure of 15 bar. Other volumes or sizes can be made according to the customer’s requirements. All products of the air reservoir series comply with the European standards 87/404/ES and EN 286 1,2,3. Painting is applied both inside and outside the air reservoir. We are able to manufacture pressure vessels for compressed air up to the volume of 10 000 lt and 16 bar pressure.

4/ Moreover, we offer the custom-made engineering cooperation, surface finishing of parts by injection ofpowder plastics (line, systems TRIBO and STATIC) with degreasing and phosphatizing, sheet metal cutting with shears, flame cutting of sheets of the classes 11 and 12 using a copying flame-cutter (cut-out thickness 3 – 120 mm), extension of class 11, 12 tube ends (original tube dimensions DN40 – DN400), class 11, 11, 17 sheet metal rolling to the thickness of 12 mm and diameter from 300 mm up, rolling of sections, various methods of class 11, 121, 17 steel welding (coated electrode, melting with gas-shielded electrode, tungsten electrode in shielded atmosphere of an inert gas, automaton with a flux), blasting of parts, machining of a horizontal borer, injection of thermoplastics up to 150 g, sintering (rotational forming of plastics).
